Brad McEvilly

Brad McEvilly is the founder of DeepSweep AI and the inventor of Behavioral Output Certification, a post-generation AI output validation architecture that operates independently of the model that produced the output. He is a 25-year Zero Trust Architecture practitioner who has secured production systems across financial services, healthcare, and federal environments. McEvilly submitted a formal response to the NIST CAISI Request for Information on agentic AI security (Docket 2025-0035, March 2026) and is an active contributor to the NIST AI Agent Standards Initiative and the COSAiS SP 800-53 overlay development process. He holds five patent-pending applications spanning Behavioral Output Certification, AI-assisted cryptanalysis detection, post-quantum cryptography validation, and multi-agent behavioral compliance architectures.
